Respect & Care




Talk sbout redpect and care, about excellence service to customers etc etc, i received a reply email to my simple question in a bold and red colour font. I'm not sure what or how would you feel when receivibg such a respond through emal but to me that did not portray any respect & care attitude neither it showed an excellent customer service competency at all. I know that CNY is coming but i dont think in this particular situation it's not suitable at all. That's it is important to think before you act, undetstand the situation and respond as if you are dealing with someone who is important to you. Everyone deserves to be treated well, internal or extetnal....don't you think so??
